A license key for the KYCFlow browser extension. The key is a lifetime license (it does not expire or renew) and grants use of the extension on a single device at a time.
Your key binds to the first device it's activated on, identified by a hardware fingerprint. It will not work on a second device unless we reset it. If your key sees repeated activation attempts from a different device, it may be automatically disabled as a precaution against sharing or resale. This is not a punishment for legitimate hardware changes, but we do review both cases the same way.
If you get a new computer or your hardware fingerprint changes, contact support with your order details (email used at checkout, and/or your key) to have it re-bound. This is a manual process; there's no self-serve reset in the dashboard.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only, processed by our payment provider (OxaPay). Your key is issued once payment is confirmed on-chain. We do not store your payment details; the payment provider handles that.
Every purchase is final once payment is confirmed. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with a specific setup, or after a key has been activated. If a payment is confirmed but no key arrives, contact support; that's an error on our end, not a refund case.
You may use KYCFlow for testing, development, demos, streaming, and privacy purposes on systems and services where doing so doesn't violate that service's own terms or the law. You agree not to use KYCFlow to:

KYCFlow is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will work with every site, browser version, or operating system update, though we aim to keep it current.
