Privacy Policy
Last updated . We keep this short because we don't collect much.
What we collect
- Email address. Collected at checkout to send your invoice and license key, and if you contact support.
- A hashed device fingerprint. A one-way hash of a hardware identifier, used only to bind your license key to one device. We never store the raw identifier, and the hash on its own can't be reversed to identify your device.
- Order and license metadata. Order ID, purchase date, key status, activation date, and last-seen timestamp, used to run the license system and support requests.
We don't collect names, physical addresses, payment card details, or wallet addresses ourselves. Those are handled entirely by our payment provider (see below).
Who processes it
- OxaPay processes your cryptocurrency payment. We never see your wallet or payment details directly; OxaPay confirms payment to us and we issue a key in response.
- Resend delivers the invoice and license-key email to the address you provide at checkout.
Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle the data that passes through them.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, run ads, or use your email for anything beyond order communication unless you opt into something else in the future.
How long we keep it
For as long as your license key is active, plus a reasonable period after for support and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your options
Email support@kycflow.net to ask what we hold on your order, or to request it be deleted once your license is no longer in use.
